Because we only supply to companies with a valid Chamber of Commerce registration, we first ask you to register with us.
After verifying your details, you will receive a confirmation from us that your account has been activated.
After you have logged in, all prices and stocks will be visible.
We give a quantity discount on some of our products. A price per piece is then stated for purchases of smaller quantities, for example 6 pieces, and a price per piece is stated for purchases of full cartons.
The price is automatically adjusted to the quantity you have chosen.
You can add the chosen quantity to your shopping cart by clicking on the green button “Add to shopping cart”. In the shopping cart section you can of course change the quantities or remove items.
The minimum order amount without order costs is €150,-. All items on Dinotrade are not in stock at the moment of ordering.
There are items that are on their way and will arrive shortly. You can find them under the "Coming soon" button and you can order them here so that you do not miss out on these great offers and lots.
You can also order products from our partners here. We do not keep these in stock, but they are collected especially for you by us so that you can pick them up from us or have them sent to you.
Once your entire order has been received, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. You will automatically receive a message when your order has been shipped.
We ship your packages with DPD and for larger orders with one of our pallet carriers.
Orders on Dinotrade cannot be cancelled and you are obliged to accept them.
If you place an order with us, it will always be treated with the utmost care. We try to deliver the order as completely as possible. However, it may happen that an article is no longer available in the offered range, if this is the case, we reserve the right to deliver you the best possible range that is possible at that time! If an article is not sufficiently available and there is a difference between the paid amount and the invoice amount, we will immediately refund the difference via the payment method you selected when paying for the web order. We hope for your understanding!
You can adjust your details online in your account and when completing the order in the payment screen, you are responsible for the correctness of the information you provided, if our carrier cannot deliver the goods to the delivery address you provided, the order will be returned to our warehouse, we can then possibly resend your order after additional payment of the initial shipping costs or you can arrange the transport yourself.
